Central Coast Wedding Venues: Rustic Chic Weddings
POSTED ON January 24th, 2012 – CCWP Blog By Taffy Gonzalez
The Central Coast abounds with picturesque wineries and charming barns, perfect for your rustic chic wedding! Some brides are a bit intimidated to choose a venue of this nature because they are not “inclusive”. As the owner of All Traditions, I have planned weddings at a multitude of unique Central Coast wedding venues…one such wedding was at a cattle range! You can do it and a professional wedding coordinator can help! An experienced wedding coordinator can easily arrange for everything from nice portable restrooms to chairs and even lounge furniture. If your dream is to have a wedding with a more “green” or organic feel, let’s make your wedding dreams come true!
Everyone has their own unique story and your wedding can be equally unique. How fun would it be to have a bon fire that was complimented by a s‘mores station for your guests to enjoy? If “having your cake and eating it too” doesn’t quite appeal to you, why not make your cake out of cheese instead? Dare to be non-traditional. The advantage of using a non-inclusive venue means it’s not already all done for you, so you can add your own special touches such as chandeliers, colorful linens, vintage china…let’s work together to make it you…and make it funky!
Enjoy these photos from some of my Central Coast weddings where we had a little rustic fun.

Congratulations to Jaleen and Russell who were married in Arroyo Grande, CA. This venue is simply spectacular…the panoramic views are amazing. This wedding was very special to us as Jaleen has assisted at many All Traditions weddings. We planned this wedding for a long time and are so thrilled that it finally came.
Not a bad ceremony spot!A fire pit is always so cozy at a wedding reception. Guests love s'mores!

This rustic and campy wedding venue has been home to Ralph Lauren Catalog Shoots
The bride handmade vintage fabric napkins to use as wedding favors. The table signs reflected the particular fabric used at that table.

Have you seen the gorgeous new venue called Dune Lakes yet? All Traditions is proud to be selected as the exclusive wedding coordinator to Dune Lakes. It is a spectacular event site located above the southern dunes of San Luis Obispo County. While home to many movie and commercial photo shoot locations, Dune Lakes has never been open to the public for weddings. I will be coordinating the first wedding there next month for my assistant Jaleen and her wonderful fiance Russell…and am very excited! There are over 10,000 secluded acres with a gated, secure entry through California’s largest private eucaluptus grove. Our photographer is going to be wowed by the 360 degree panoramic views over the Pacific, the dunes and wine-country. We are truly honored by this selection and know you will fall in love with this site! If you want to find out more about this site, give me a call!

I have been thinking about starting a blog lately. Like anything, the thinking was the hardest part. I was thinking and thinking….and then I worked on the coolest wedding so all of a sudden I just had to jump in with both feet and get photos from this wonderful wedding posted! I’m so lucky to have had the opportunity to be a part of Kacy & Kirk’s wedding as it gave me the motivation to get blogging!
I hope you enjoy the photos from this wedding and that you’ll come back and visit this new blog often!
We rented such beautiful wood furniture, that a runner was all that was necessary for the linens.

Guests dined on paella, which was made at the barn and brought to their tables in cast iron skillets. There was even a bonfire, complete with s’mores! We provided guest shuttles to make sure everyone got to the after party and back to their hotels safe and sound. This wedding was so much fun…congratulations to the happy couple!
